Com uma letra inspirada pelo clássico Romeu e Julieta, como comentada por Melanie em algumas entrevistas, The Moment You Believe traz marcantes notas de piano, geralmente tocadas pelo próprio Peter-John Vettese nas apresentações de divulgação do single.

The Moment You Believe foi escolhida como música da propaganda do programa alemão Nur die Liebe Zählt e como trilha sonora da novela portuguesa Ilha dos Amores.

O b-side Fragile é mais um trabalho de Melanie e seu guitarrista Greg Hatwell (que também co-escreveu Don’t Need This, em Beautiful Intentions).
